Eating outside, overlooking the picturesque square, set a lovely tone for my day. I couldn't resist indulging in dinner at one of the four onsite restaurants. I chose Il Procopio, where the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local ingredients with a modern twist. The atmosphere was inviting, with warm lighting that naturally encouraged conversations and a relaxed dining experience. The owners, Mira and Francesco, were incredibly helpful, recommending local dining spots and even assisting with reservations. Their insights truly enhanced my culinary journey through Florence, making it feel personal and tailored. With free access to several nearby coffee shops and cafes, I found the choices for refreshments to be ample. Locanda de' Ciompi offers an experience that combines comfort with culinary innovation, making it an excellent choice for travelers eager to explore the flavors of Florence.
